It's happened to me too, so if any of the authorities are reading this it would be good to stop or prevent it from happening again: Before Corona I traveled to Phuket and recently in the month of March. In both cases I traveled by mini van from the airport to a place where you get off to give the hotel address for further travel (it's like an office) There you show hotel reservations together with other travelers and then continue the journey. The minivan driver in both cases does not stop at the hotel door but at least 1 km from the hotel and you have to find the hotel yourself. It wasn't like that before. Then the minivan drove right in front of the hotel door. If there is a lack of control or the driver ignores passengers, this must be investigated by the authorities.
