News stories like this say that he is a boy, because he is a minor. But the content of the story, is that of an adult criminal. Because an actual child never sells drugs. And it makes you wonder, why teenagers are children, when they know right from wrong, and among other things, can be mums and dad's. It's softness, really, and it just let's them off the hook.
