I still think pit bulls are the prodigy of bad owners. This is for sure a shame. These owners knew these dogs were experiencing hostile problems and if they say it was because of food and being hot then this tragedy is all on them. My French bull dog has an odd streak about other non family animals (birds, lizards, toke, other dogs and maybe an occasional cat), but not humans.Pussy cat with all humans, but we also know to not leave her alone with really young kids without supervision. But my dog also stops when we command her to cool down and when out in public areas she also is really ok because she loves and enjoys trips out on the motorcycle, walking and in the car. She knows she has ti behave to be able to have those fun times

Way too many incidents with pit bulls the problem is if a spaniel or such like snaps at someone (unlikely) it’s not going to do catastrophic damage but when these dogs lose control because of their build and jaw strength they become killers it’s time they were banned it’s not worth a child’s life or anybody else’s come to that.

Certain cleared people should be allowed to own them. You should need to have a license to have them. Treat it like a registered weapon has to be.
