There ought to be a universal law that stops China from doing what they want. Rivers like this are shared and not owned. 

They learned from the best, methinks!

Sadly China doesnt care who gets affected, they simply have no conscience what so ever despite their actions adversely effecting all those countries and people's livelihoods downstream.
