Look at the picture. Toes and fingers are black.

If a surgeon does this its for a good reason.

Looking at the picture I can see why.

The picture if not black ink is pretty self explanatory.

Didn’t anyone read the article? The diarrhea appears to be a symptom of underlying ill health. The most likely theory stated is that medication caused a loss of circulation to the extremities which subsequently “died” and were chopped off.

Either she saw a complete charlatan for a Physician, or the article is poorly written.

She had diarrhoea, then has low BP. 

Suddenly, it seems, she has Renal failure.

The doctor orders an Ultrasound on her Carotid. 

"Chai signed the document, despite his wife’s expressed concerns about undergoing surgery."

An anaesthetic is not given for Ultrasound.
