Isn't that the same forest issue, the DSI was investigating 2 years ago?

Perhaps the Navy need to look into the DSI investigation and why that is still an issue?

What has this got to do with a Navy? Why are they building anti aircraft facilities, on land and inland ? Where is the threat and what has anti aircraft defences, on land,  got to do with a Navy?  This all beats me. Up to them of course, but its a bit off track.
