Tragic Thai reporting IMO.  1,3k likely the correct figure, one too many zeroes added in the rewrite or the vendor is telling porkies.

Agree. Does anyone believe he would leave 13,000 baht in a machine even if he could collect it fast enough.

Must be pretty good water!
