A few years ago, when we were living in Jomtien, there was a guy living in the condo right opposite mine who would do this. Two young girls from my wife's family (respectively 12 and 8 at the time), who were visiting on holiday, flagged it to us as apparently he was staring at them very weirdly while stark naked. My wife informed the management, we don't know what happened but he vanished shortly after. Unfortunately, these places attract some disturbed people (thankfully not many).- 1

So has ASEAN NOW bitten the dust?
Besides a VPN i also make use of DuckDuckGo as my web browser. I get ZERO adds or banners while perusing the internet now. Plus it provides an email address that you can link to your gmail,yahoo, hotmail etc, use that duckduckgo email and when some website tries to track you through email DDG removes the trackers. I appreciate not having banners and adds with a tiny X that would require a sewing needle to close out of.
