Awww the good old Bangkok taxi drivers, practically a law unto themselves, there is a story of one type or another every week concerning these scammers and thieves, yes there are good ones but the bad ones just continually give Thailand a bad name and the authorities do little or nothing.

Sorry but who falls asleep with all that expensive jewelry is kind of asking for it. Just saying.

Don't put temptation on the dinner plate of the hungry .

He's lucky he still has all his internal organs. A healthy japanese kidney is worth quite a bit lol.

I sort of kind of agree with you as one should always be on their toes and that if wearing expensive items might be too much temptation asking for it. I am guilty of falling asleep in a taxi before though.

Not condoning the thieving taxi driver but who in their right mind goes out in Bangkok with all that expensive gear? Setting yourself up to be robbed sadly.

I hope the taxi driver loses his license if he even had one… Sick of hearing all these people putting the blame on the victim for having every day possessions on his person. Don’t think like jackasses.
