Sorry, but do like the 'poor people' and get a bus.

One is led to presume that the camera and tablet were left viewable within the vehicle. If this was the only vehicle attacked, there had to be a reason for it...

"Kitiyaporn also added that the leader of the security team told her that visitors should select the safer parking lot. "

Why in the first place the mall have designed unsafe parking lots? As per the legal agreement, if the parking is charged by the mall management, then they have to provide a secured parking lot with full security. Any mishap they are responsible for failing to provide the service for which they have charged to the car owner

One side of the coin. I see gaping holes in the story - her side of it - all the way through.

So this car burglary is the fault of the car owner... stupid, yes... but the thief is the bad guy here... just because something that you do not own is left in your sight doesn't mean it is ok to take it.

Can't really see that the car park operators are to blame, cars get broken into all the time. Would she complain it was the governments fault if the car had been parked on the street and was broken into? Even in car parks with security the security guards cannot be everywhere all the time to smash a window and snatch some valuables takes only a matter of seconds. I am guessing she could have reduced the chances of her car being broken into if she had hidden her valuables in the boot of the car rather than inside the car where they could be seen.

Not saying that the owner was at fault, but she could have mitigated the event if her belongings were concealed. What gets me is she has to throw blame and not at herself in any way.

I don't know about car parks in Thailand, but most car parks that I have used elsewhere have had disclaimers, either notices or printed on the tickets, to the effect that the management is not responsible for any loss or damage.
