It is sad that a girl cannot do a dignified job to earn extra money, she is just singing.  Need to rethink and admit the lady to do her work.

Of what possible relevance is the fact that the Director is 68 years old?  It seems like a gratuitous dig at the man for being "old".   If the teacher wants fairness, she should take the highroad and act fairly.

He's a dinosaur that should be retired already. Old men make terrible educators. Reminds me of an old math teacher who used to bully me in 10th grade because I had long hair so he thought I was delinquent. He completely destroyed my motivation to succeed and I quit that school. So yeah- the fact he's old matters, a lot.

Having said all that- if the terms of her employment were that she does not take another job or side hustles and she did - it's her fault - nothing to complain about.
