Distressing news.  20,000 reported cases means  cases serious enough to require  physician visits. Most cases  are  mild and the rule of thumb is 1 in 20 cases becomes serious. This suggests that perhaps 400,000 people have been  infected. Time to wage war on standing stagnant water and insect breeding zones.
