The Thai Police hierarchy are guilty of complicity in their crimes for failing to dismiss these officers from the force.

(Ahh crap, we got caught and now have to downgrade our illegal behaviour to rural.)

Moved to another office but NOT dismissed or charged with corruption. Does anyone wonder why the Royal Thai Police are a laughing stock not only in Thailand but around the world. Not taking action against them is effectively saying carry on with the corruption guys but try not to get caught.
