I wonder what type of evidence does the authorities need to record a complain?

I don’t know what is worse. A predator monk sexually abusing a developmentally challenged girl or the cops who refused to investigate.

Standard police response in Thailand particularly when the accused is a monk and until they are forced to act due to the matter being made public. The Thai police have once again proved to the world that they are unfit for purpose.
