Passport size photo for visa extensions

Recommended Posts

Noticed a passport sized photo is required for visa extensions, where are you guys going to get this? Or can they just take one at the immigration office?

Where is your immigration office........ some will take their own digital image (Buriram for example).

Others (Jomtien for example require a photo....also for reentry permits.)

They are not usually fussy about exact size (unlike, say, UKPO for British passports).

Any kodak shop in any town can do you a dozen pics for around 100 Baht.

Yep, never normally fussy. If too big cut them down a bit, but way too small is a no.. CM as seen some have pic taken here. I do it at a CM Kodak shop.

The general requirement for the TM7 form is as stated on form - 4x6cm.  Normally anything close is accepted but should have been taken in current year (using last years may not fly).  Bangkok and suspect most others also take a computer photo during processing.  Home printing of photo on inkjet printer is fine (have been doing so for a decade here in Bangkok).
