This incident is really sad, the music teacher needs some music. despite there is a ban on beating the students he did it, he has a lot of guts.  More over the kids has a personal issue too.

this is senseless and pathetic.

The girl is a special needs student. My sister in-law is 90% saint + 100% mother and even she needed specialist training on how to work with these types of children. That said, the teacher sounds like he needs a kicking as a prerequisite for his training.

Almost every kid today gets diagnosed with some sort of disability, ADHD etc. Unless the  child was seriously disruptive, what we have here is the incompetence of a teacher on display. I had a music teacher given to nastiness. A bad music teacher turns a kid off  learning an instrument. Art needs some tuning of his own.

This teacher is a victim of abuse as well... sounds as if he was indoctrinated into strict behavior or else syndrome and continues to believe that this is proper behavior... not condoning his behavior, but giving mercy where mercy is due.
