Phuket- the gift that keeps on giving. Great way to make foreigners feel welcome in an island entirely dependent on income from foreigners. Giving landlord "yellow cards" will just contribute to xenophobia and reluctance to rent to foreigners. As usual they keep shooting themselves in the foot over and over again.
