Doesn't say that he has been dismissed ... right now he has been transferred... the governor has stood firm before and failed.

The accused is subject to due process of the law. The allegations are unproven. The governor has stated very clearly " Should the accusations against him be substantiated, the officer will face dismissal."  It is media saying there is a transfer.  You are predicting that the accused will be transferred  once the process concludes, but the governor has stated that the man will be dismissed if guilty. What more do you want? The governor cannot summarily convict.
