Maybe no one should interfere.  Basic rules of evolution.

Oh BUT... say the "know it alls".

Many have told me I am inhumane, unfeeling, uncaring (a few more adjectives of your choice) two-legged animal that belongs to a species that outsmarted the natural evolution guidelines and overpopulates the planet. 😆

Would be a good chance, to get them water bottles with a quick sedative.

To sterilize 'em.

To make sure, they not falling from trees, tie this bottles to the ground or get them "ponds with sedative.

But why do I think, that THIS is the reason for help , help the "monkeys"?

Residents are concerned because the intense heat has caused the monkeys to seek shelter in the shade from noon to dark. Other than cooling themselves off, their playful movements also entertain tourists who come to pay homage to the shrine.

Lop Buri residents have asked officials to fill the pond daily during the hot season, ensuring that the monkeys have enough water to drink and play in, and to help them to cool off.

If in the woods, tourists can`t see them very well?

Almost all monkeys are tropical animals, but also inhabit forests. During heat stress they cope with behavioral mechanisms, like clinging to a tree so their body heat equalises with the tree. Needless to say they seek shade, and because they respond to heat by sweating, or evaporative heat loss, they need more water in hot weather. So, shade, trees, and water are necessary for them.
