It is sad that a lot of foreigners come to Thailand for a quieter life but still seem to be in a hurry ,I hope that the deceased doesn’t have young children .  People from 1 st world countries should remember that in their countries the golden hour (to save a life) after an accident  is not the same here . RIP

Let him face his fate. No point in regretting for such people who endanger the life of others on the road. Better for them to go.

"In Thailand, any motorbike with an engine of 400cc or bigger which produce at least 47 horsepower is treated by laws as a ‘big bike.’

From the same article," he was riding a CB300"

So it's not a big bike.

As per Thai motorcycle insurance policy bikes 250 cc and above all carries the same insurance rate. Which means anything above 250 cc is considered big bike as per the insurance policy.
