You should ask the consulate for the most recent rules. Currently Thailand is also giving people different vaccines, so it would be strange not to accept it.

 

I would especially not listen to too firm advice from people who are often wrong.

the problem is about dead virus vaccine and AZ / Moderna / Biontech as second shot,
but better try and evaluate than do nothing

mix with AZ and mRNA in Germany and other western countries are used about 2 weeks or more
