Good luck renting or selling that condo to a Thai. Maybe a foreinger would snap it up but you would think that if it is not disclosed by the seller or the owner if it wasn't owned by the deceased, then the foreigner would certainly feel the other occupants in the buidling eyes and feelings hit them and certainly have the felling something is weird. I am actually on the part of wouldn't having anything to do with it myself since it is such a tragic brutal murder and suicide. One thing if just normal passing away, but this has black anger stuff attached to it.
