"Fell asleep"... the go to excuse for "high"

Getting to be too regular an occurrence of these large speed boats having accidents.

Authorities need to pick up their game.

Then again - TIT so many will have to die before they do anything serious re regulation.

Again with the asleep excuse. One would think no Thai ever gets any rest, well, except when operating passenger-laden motor vehicles at high speeds? (@Skip, did I say "high"?)

Thai authorities ? Useless as ever. This incident illustrates why our family is firmly BANNED from all open water- boats- buses here.
