Just curious to know the % of Chinese driven ones or are  having Thai as a proxy buyouts for restaurants and hotels and guest houses etc? CM apparently has far too many

True.

Lots of foreigners are buying up businesses that Thais could no longer sustain. I would also like to know the Covid figures that seem to no longer be published because I know people here that have contracted the virus.
