Yea well, who decides what's fake news? Everything in news, unavoidably, has both a subjective and an objective component, we all know that no one is equal, in their standards, when they or their society has a bias. Anything in news could rightly be accused, if not of lying, then at least of omission.

How can politicians make a Disinformation Bill. Would political parties and politicians not be punished every election time? A lot of politicians promises are disinformation … lies … so does that mean news outlets could not repeat politicians statements as well as most are Disinformation. Also how will TAT handle this if Thailand have such a bill?

I would think some will have amnesty given or immunity.
