Why can't she withdraw funds sent from US?  Is she mentally deficient?

Something smells fishy with this story. Any normal person who was REALLY in that desperate situation would contact their embassy for help NOT a cannabis shop.

I mean her sister could just buy her a ticket from Krabi to the US! Plenty of options to connect in Bangkok! Bullshit about can’t withdraw!
