Well if this is the case, then they need to keep all military in their uniforms away as they represent the regime who is in power and who are actually also non elected senators. I guess since it isn't mentioned then a sticker on your car or bike is ok and since mobile phones are not mentioned then one could put a logo or party name on the screen and openly show it. Or how about a balloon or a pamphlet. I would think ther is more to this of you can't do than what is mentioned. Better to be safe and neutral unless you are out for possibly having some problems come to you.
