Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul will meet with the Federation of Thai Industries next week as the FTI calls for Covid-19 vaccines to be rolled out in factories. Factories ... tourist areas ... Bangkok ... the only place left that isn't a "priority" is Isan, where a third of the country live and are routinely ignored.

So true. But don't forget. Isaan is Thaksin country and probably not in favour of the current system. On the other hand you can only roll out what you already have, and the vaccine is not one of them.
