First dog tested positive with corona in Sweden .

Read in a Swedish newspaper today  that the first dog in Sweden was tested positive for corona .

For the first time, a Swedish dog has been tested positive for the coronavirus. The dog was cared for in an animal hospital as it had respiratory symptoms and three people who were in contact with the dog later fell ill with covid-19.

What we have done is that we have received samples from the dog's genome and have been able to find low levels of virus in the samples, but we can state that it was positive.
