Very soon he will become US citizen as US now needs ammunition to attack China since China is slowly gaining its influence in the middle east which US has lost recently. This is also another opportunity for US to attack BRICS as the BRICS are planning to have an alternative international currency to which more than 100 countries around the world have shown interest.

Looks to me more like another tangent motivated by ignorance and hate. The response had absolutely no  relationship to the kid's plight, and the attempt to blame the USA just speaks to the ignorance as this as the story had nothing to do with the USA or BRICS.
