I have mixed feelings on ever getting another booster shot. Need to see the real numbers on fatalities as I am not going to just take it face value for what they say as from their worry mongering as how they report it.

Take vitamin D3, its largely ignored by the pharma companies as trials won't make anyone any cash as its cheap to buy it has many benefits to avoid viral infection.

I can also recommend vitamin K2 which is also good for protecting against blood clotting and bone health.

Given that covid seems to have now settled down to something similar to flu in many ways, taking a look at how effective the flu booster is might be a good place to start looking for information.

Well it is about time then. It is not only to see the numbers but to understand them as they are given different meanings depending on who you get those numbers from (and for novice like us it is not easy). Same with the type of products they offer you. It is also about the balance benefits/risks, it is always that and only that, for any vaccine or any medical procedure (it seems the world has completely forgotten this basic science the past 2 years ). It is certainly not because you hear on TV a scientist, usually full of conflict of interest saying so. From the start until Feb 2022 already in the UK for example, 80% covid deaths were over 70, 92% over 60 https://www.statista.com/statistics/1291746/covid-19-deaths-in-england-by-age/ -  still we were told to vaccine late teens for a fatality rate that is , from 11 to 19 years, 0.07%, the quasi majority with underlying conditions. Considering the side effects and 0 immunisation, was it right to do so?? One can today asks himself this question while many scientists were saying just so a long time ago but put aside or even called the now infamous "anti-vaxx" - most countries do not recommend anymore for this age group, not sure what is not beneficial now was so 1 and half year ago (??) ... especially when you read this:

What’s the College’s view on myocarditis?

We don’t know the long-term issues from vaccination, but nor do we have a full understanding of the long-term issues from COVID-19. All suspected side effects to COVID-19 vaccines should be reported to the MHRA through the Yellow Card Scheme. The College looks to JCVI to review the evidence and data and provide advice on risk.

"We don’t know the long-term issues from vaccination...". All is said in that sentence: on which side goes the balance benefits/riks for a 17 years old healthy teen when you read this?

Most of all, do not trust any word or statement coming from any pharmaceutical industry, impossible for novice like us to tell the difference between a truth and a lie from them. It is very simple: would you give your car keys to someone who has been convicted of stealing a car over 90 times the last 23 years? You would not is my guess. Pfizer for example is not only a company selling products for huge profits but they are also huge crooks, convicted of a crime indeed 96 times since 2000 with over 10 billions fines in the US alone (please check the offences, it is quite juicy https://violationtracker.goodjobsfirst.org/parent/pfizer). And like any industry generating billions, they  influence the media and for Big Pharma, medical journals as well via scientists being paid by them (Plenty of sources out there, this problem is not new and is getting worse, here is an article dated back in 2015 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4572812/. Make you think, right???) and of course, intensive lobbying into the political system and of course, corruption too (as old as humanity - Pfizer has been convicted of corruption and bribery 7 times since 2000. Want to read some scary stuff about it? here https://www.nybooks.com/articles/2009/01/15/drug-companies-doctorsa-story-of-corruption/).

It is the cynical world we live in. But with drugs and vaccines, it is about our health and one individual is indeed the only judge of what is good or bad for him/her.
