This is the biggest loophole in the law where every convicted woman can clearly escape if she can quickly get pregnant before judgment is delivered. "Land of Thousand Possibilities"

Any responsible judge should give her consecutive life sentences for each murder meaning she will never be released. Anything less is an insult to the dead and the victims families.

Talk about a messed up law. This unbone kid might be better off if the evil witch is taken out. Put her on a plane to Singapore or Indonesia with a special bag that has been packed by a 3rd party. I am sure their laws will be the same no matter what. The woman purely needs to be executed to put things to rest and bring solace to the families of the murdered.

Simple questions never answered.  Is cyanide legal in Thailand?  Do pharmacies carry cyanide?  Is there proof that this woman had cyanide in her possession or purchased cyanide?  after 10-14 people is there no video or CCTV evidence of her poisoning someones food or drink?

No way that an ex-husband borrow 2 million baht and give it to his ex-wife....Somewhere in one of these news stories of Am-cyanide, this was reported.

Sentenced by the prosecutor instead of the judge? They don't even know the full extent of this evil woman's crimes yet and they are ruling out the death penalty.

Cyanide is not a legal substance in Thailand. There is proof that she had cyanide in her possession. And there is CCTV proof of her activities that lead to the death of two of her victims. The exact number of people that met their fate at her hands may never be known.

The child is better off not being born. What are they being born to? a lifetime of guilt and poverty. In all likelihood they will be shunned from normal society and be forced to turn to crime or prostitution to survive. Everyone involved will be better off if she just died/executed.

Curious that abortion is legal, but there is no execution of pregnant women. Well either the 'potential person' has legitimise interests, in these scenarios the right to its own life, or it doesn't.

Seems even a judge can't/won't give a death penalty, to a legal non-person, who hasn't done a crime. But it's own mother can. And no one can stop her smoking or drinking, or even using illegal substances, if she's pregnant. Well look at it, without preconceptions, and it's all an incoherent mess of botched empathy targetting.

If a foetus can be got rid of, if it has no value, then its life cant be a shield for its mum's. Conversely if it does matter so much, women and doctors shouldn't be allowed to 'get rid of it' if a judge can't. Either way there is something wrong, with 'muh body muh choice' bullcrap, makes a mockery of human life, and the law itself...

You can buy sodium cyanide and potassium cyanide on lazada.  I've also seen in in school supply shops when I used to go shopping for supplies for my chem and physics classes.  Additionally, any first year chem student could probable extract enough amygdalin (which breaks down into cyanide once ingested) from the seeds/pits of most stone fruit.

It's not a tall order.
