Typical, a woman suffers a tragic death probably an accident and then her family are trying to cash in on it.

Why doesn`t the court just rule this was death by misadventure and close the case.

It doesn’t matter if her mother is the worst person in the world or a Goddess of goodness. 6 people have been accused of recklessness in relation to her death so they are being sued for damages. The court will decide.

The defendants would love that but the case isn’t closed.

The reality is there is a cover up and fault, and everyone on that boat is not innocent. Will we ever know the real truth, No! Now the mother is a money grabber and most have zero respect for her, but Thai law allows some sort of compensation, but what she is asking for is way way over the top. I think I remeber it was at 30 million at the beginning which is a far cry from the 179 million baht she is grasping to to get.
