And the greedy get more greedy. Why is there a 7% VAT on electricity and water? Why do they need to have their sticky little fingers in on something that is supplied to the public, but if is required then why is is at the high rate of 7%? There is already a tariff built in on both of these already that should cover infustructure and odds and ends.
