And this is news why? Pattaya has been a traffic nightmare for many years, exacerbated by the idiotic siting of Terminal 21, a lack of a realistic, comprehensive  one way system, continuing flooding, very few easily accessible car parks, too many coaches, out of control taxis and no discernible urban planning.
