I've read a few news stories and all of them portray the Myanmar "regime" as being unable to take care of the problem itself. This de facto opens the door to intervention to "help them", bearing in mind Myanmar has been in the crosshairs of Soros-backed NGOs for a long time. It will be worthwhile to observe what they push for and/or do in the coming weeks.- 2
