So in reality: a male prostitute who found out that his client was rich, so instead of charging his usual fare of 2000 baht took videos of the encounter so he can later blackmail more money out of him. It's hilarious and telling that he says he doesn't want money - just compensation - in the form of money. 🤣

YYAAKK !

very difficult to fight drugs under these circumstances right ?

One consolation is that the situation is the same everywhere and that they want to fool us with who is really involved in the top game

You made multiple assumptions. Whether he was a prostitute or not, doesn't matter if he was abused. Being a sex worker does not greenlight violent depravity.If Nut was injured, then surely he does deserve compensation for the physical injuries sustained. His medical costs should be covered, as should the  damages to his clothes and or belongings. If he was indeed a sex worker and the injuries mean that he cannot work, then Nut can claim for lost income as a "companion".   How else do you expect the   plaintiff's damages to be paid? If not money, do you expect the medical bills to be paid off with smoochies? Durian? Kit Kats?

 It will be interesting to  see if the general's past is reviewed. There are allegations of senior officers sexually abusing young conscripts and if the allegations are true, I will not be surprised if there are other victims.If true, the general should be court martialed and dismissed from service. There is no place  for violent sex offenders in the military. He can try enlisting in the Wagner corps.

There is no indication in the article that he has any proof of being abused, injured, or medical bills. You're making assumptions too. :)

Nope. The article refers to recordings which show the activity.  More importantly, I wrote using the subjective  format;

If Nut was injured, then surely he does deserve compensation for the physical injuries sustained. His medical costs should be covered, as should the  damages to his clothes and or belongings. If he was indeed a sex worker and the injuries mean that he cannot work, then Nut can claim for lost income as a "companion".

It is quote obvious that the  word IF  was used to indicate a  CONDITION, or STIPULATION.  If Nut is just an opportunistic  person, I have  little sympathy. However, the events described do echo similar allegations involving young vulnerable conscripts being sexually abused by military personnel.

No great surprise that someone with power and influence in Thailand thinks they can do what they like with impunity or that all offences can be smoothed over with a bit of money. Trouble is the offender then just goes right on offending and then sadly the abuse gets worse until there is a death.
