 This comes in response to public complaints about soaring electricity bills during the hot summer months.

 Houses with Airconditioning, but not insulated, THAT is the reason for high power bills!

Also no one born in Thailand needs 20 degrees in the bedroom. Switch it from cooling to drying, depending on the model, that gets you about 2-5 degrees down. And it saves a lot of power!
