He is lucky in the sense that he was saved by few inches from the bull's eye. If the python has caught his manhood, then it will not let go forever as the fangs are inwardly inclined to swallow anything that the snake caught in its mouth. Looks like the toilet is having direct connection to the external drain make it easy entry and exit for the python.
