Any abnormal use of credit cards will be triggered to the owner immediately. And all the transactions can be put on hold immediately and the card cancelled. I wonder why that never happen in this case? Something is really missing here. Every transaction that the credit card owner uses is monitored and any abnormal usage is immediately triggered in the credit card system and the owner of the card will be notified immediately by the credit card company or bank.
