The beloved panda brought joy to the Thai nation for over two decades.

 She arrived at Chiang Mai Zoo with Chuang Chuang in October 2003 on a 10-year loan from China, 

19.5 years are almost 2 decades, please, not over 2 decades! (me, nit-picking ;-)
