Chiang Mai residents sue govt over perpetual air pollution crisis

They would need the Army, to take care the arsonists

Or the police need to be punished, to turn a blind eye on the most well known people, who like to get a richer mushroom harvest out of the forest

It's a step in the right direction... but I for one would like to see the long range plan being put forth by both sides
