Well he lost control and crashed according to his statement, so he definitely knows who crashed into who. A gutless muppet who tried to hide rather than help the true victims of the accident.

So he 'lost control' but doesn't know who crashed into who? Seems to me if you lose control of your vehicle you are responsible for the crash, of course this is Thailand so if he has money or connections then it will not be his fault.
