Traditionally the broth can also be vegan appropriate, made from konbu, a species of kelp, or shiitake, an arboreal mushroom species, both staples of Japanese cuisine. I'm not aware who in Thailand, makes a vehanised ramen using these dashi stocks

I love Ramen but it's just too heavy for me to eat I'm hot weather
