Why is this a "handcuff shocker"?  There were no handcuffs, nor an arrest.

The defendant acknowledged the charges, was given instructions by the judge about keeping incendiary comments from being spoken, got back into his jet and flew back to his home.

My complaint is that members of the legislative branch only work 147 days a year... We had MTG and George Santos at the NY courthouse supporting the former POTUS.... Not the job they were elected to do.  

The most powerful nation in the world and its legislative representatives work 4 out of every 10 days?

Whether 45 gets handcuffed or not, no worries.  After the Georgia felonies and Obstruction felonies are prosecuted, he will end up in Jail, which is much worse than being handcuffed.  5555

The 'shocker' was the fact he wasn't handcuffed upon his arrest, which has sparked a debate whether he is receiving special treatment.

Perhaps bacause you knew what it was all about. It was basically the first article I read about it.
