If a person is genuine and not causing any hanky-panky in the country they why worry about downloading and installing it in the handphones. I have been using it in all my travel in Thailand. It gives you an accurate location of your place so that any emergency help is always available.

I downloaded this thing months ago, after seeing a story or posting, I think on LINE.

Now, when I open it, it has a command box, in the Thai language.

Once again, Thai government & Technology = Fail

After this story was published, I asked my wife to translate the box mentioned above.  It was to allow the app to access my location.

Okay.  So, I clicked on it and it went to my app list, wouldn't open and had no functionality at all.  I tried several times and finally just deleted it.
