Well....the million dollar question is...why was the mangoes peeled? If need to prove that it is not contaminated, then it should be consumed together with the skin as any deposit of the radioactive material (if any) would be on the skin not inside the flesh. Further the fruits have already ripe before the incident. Hence there is no possibility of contamination via soil to enter the plant stem and to the fruits. Some times people think and do actions that makes no sense at all....
