A lamppost toppled onto and killed a young Burmese migrant worker at a worker’s camp in Samut Prakan province, just south of Bangkok in central Thailand, yesterday morning. So, he was killed by a falling lamppost.  If the lamppost was fallen, it would already be on the ground.

The lack of attention to safety at construction sites is appalling.  The company owners should be charged with negligence.  Until that happens, they really don't have much reason to care.
