I like the logic. Does that mean that if thai scammers were probably kicked in the butt, then there wouldn't be any scammers in Thailand at all? Or is it that scammers are everywhere.I f you present them with opportunity they move in. Foolish of the Chinese fellow to set up such a transaction with strangers, and even more foolish by the Australian couple to commit fraud and theft inside a bank in front of multiple cameras.
