It is time that the airport authorities must encourage tourists by proper user guides and handouts regarding public transport. This would give the innocent tourists from being ripped off. The ripping off by taxi operators are the major issue in Thailand. Alternatively can regulate that all taxi has to go through registered system where by they will be allocated passengers when and where the need is. No direct negotiations with passenger and upon the completion the transport, have to claim the money from the system. This way every taxi operator will get a fair share and can avoid quarrelling and cheating
